Drift Offers (the “Service”) is operated by Drift Offers LLC, a [TBD: state of incorporation] limited liability company with registered office at [TBD: address]. By accessing the Service you enter a binding agreement with us. If you don’t agree, stop using it.

The Service is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of vehicles, vehicle parts, services, event tickets, and merchandise within the U.S. drift community. We are not a party to transactions between users — we facilitate them.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate registration info and keep your password secure. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.

We may suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or exposes us to legal risk. [TBD: insert notice period and cure-period language required by Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22581 and similar].

Sellers warrant they own (or are authorized to sell) every item listed, that listings are accurate, and that they will ship within the stated window. Photos must depict the actual item; misleading photos are grounds for removal and bans. Prohibited items: counterfeits, stolen property, hazardous materials beyond what carriers allow, items that violate U.S. export controls, [TBD: full prohibited-items list].

Drift Offers takes a marketplace fee, disclosed at checkout. Fee schedule lives at /fees and may change with 30 days’ notice.

Payment processing runs through Stripe Connect. Funds for shipped items are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery or the delivery-confirmation window elapses, at which point funds release to the seller. See /refund for the full refund policy.

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions, videos). You grant Drift Offers a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and create derivative works of that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. The Drift Offers name, logo, and design system are our marks. You may not use them without written permission. [TBD: trademark registration status].

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR (b) $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [TBD: governing state].
