Our policy
Drift Offers respects intellectual property rights. We respond to clear notices of copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). We may also remove content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

How to file a takedown notice
To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its URL on driftoffers.com.
- Your contact information — name, address, phone, email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Knowingly material misrepresentations may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). When in doubt, consult counsel before filing.

Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including: your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your contact info, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [TBD: judicial district] (or your district if outside the U.S.).
We may restore the material after 10 business days unless we receive notice that the original claimant has filed suit.

Repeat-infringer policy
We terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. What counts as “repeat” is determined case-by-case — generally three substantiated notices within twelve months, plus any single notice involving a clear pattern of bad-faith uploading.
